Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri expecting third child: A surrogate baby boy

Rumor mills are churning out that superstar Shah Rukh Khan is going to be a father for the third time. As reported by Mid Day, SRK and Gauri are having a third child through surrogacy.

The tabloid quoted an insider, “The baby is a boy, so Suhana will now have another brother after Aryan. It was entirely Gauri’s decision to go in for surrogacy. SRK and Gauri consulted the same doctor that Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao went to for their baby Azad who, too, was born to a surrogate mother.”

Shah Rukh Khan married Gauri Khan in 1991, and together they have two children, Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan.

SRK to undergo surgery today

Shah Rukh Khan, who has been suffering for a weak shoulder for some time now, will be undergoing surgery for the same today at a city hospital. Earlier though Khan was supposed to head to London for treatment, he finally chose to remain within the city.

The reason behind this sudden change in temperament by the actor is because he felt that the trip to London, surgery and recovery time will severely affect the schedules of his underproduction film Chennai Express.

While the nature of his injury is basically the muscle tear the actor suffered from when a bone spurs up and gets aggravated, this condition worsens when he does action and dance sequences due to pressure. And thanks to the high octane action sequences in Rohit Shetty's Chennai Express, the star has been pushed to the brink worsening his condition.

In fact a couple of years ago, Khan had undergone a minimally invasive surgery at the Breach Candy Hospital on the same shoulder. This time round Dr. Sanjay Desai at Lilavati Hospital will be spearheading the surgical team that will work on the actor.

Would have felt incomplete without Yashji's feedback: Anushka

Actress Anushka Sharma, who teamed up with late filmmaker Yash Chopra for the first time for Jab Tak Hai Jaan, says she would have felt empty and incomplete if Chopra wouldn't have told her about her performance in the movie.
"When we were shooting I always had long conversations with him (Chopra) but someone was always around like Shah Rukh, Adi and others. The last time I met him was at Rani Mukherjee's house for Ganpati puja. He called me and spoke to me for one hour about everything," Anushka said in an interview here.
"He told me what he thought about me in the film. He singled out some scenes which he thought I did very well. He told me where I was looking nice.
"Anything that I would have wanted to hear from my director post watching the film, he told me that day. I could have missed that opportunity as sadly he is not with us now," the actress said.
Anushka got her first role at the age of 19 opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Yashraj banner's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' in 2008.
She did a string of films with the banner like Badmaash Company, Band Baaja Baaraat, Ladies VS Ricky Bahl but got an opportunity to be directed by Yash Chopra in Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
"I would have never heard those things from him. It is all bizarre that before he left he told me what I had wanted to hear from him. I would have felt...empty, incomplete that Yashji did not tell me how I was in the film," she said.
As Anushka was working with Chopra for the first time she wanted to make sure she gave her best.
"I was like was he happy with my performance? He could have taken any actress but he chose me and I just wanted to make sure he was happy with the decision. I hope I justified his choice and he told me I did...that was the last conversation I had with him," she added.
"Before we started working on this film I knew him (Yash Chopra) as I was launched by the banner. I had a few short conversations with him. Only when you start working with a person you get to know him better," she said.
Releasing on November 13, Jab Tak Hai Jaan stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead.
"When I used to meet him earlier there was a little bit of distance like when you respect someone so much, there is a little awe factor. When I started working with him I realised he was so relaxed, funny, had fantastic sense of humour. He was so warm and genuinely concerned about actors and crew," she added.
The Band Baaja Baarat star describes Chopra as cool, funnier and young at heart person.
"Yashji was cooler, funnier and younger. I think age is just in the mind, I feel I am older than him in thought process. His sense of humour was so good, he was cool and fit.
He took things lightly," she said.
Anushka was also full of praise for Yash Chopra's son and director-producer Aditya Chopra.
"Adi (Aditya Chopra) is very special to me as he is my first director. Adi is also funny but his sense of humour is not as good as Yashji. He tries to do everything correctly, transparent and does it principally," she added.

Deepika under pressure and Aishwarya is the reason!

Like every heroine, Deepika Padukone too feels lucky to get a chance to work with the prestigious filmmaker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, in his new venture Ram Leela. But Deepika discovered it is not easy to be a Bhansali heroine.

The actress had to perform Garba and choreographers who choreographed Aishwarya Rai's Dholi Taro in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam flew down all the way from rural Gujarat, to choreograph the new song.

Bhansali reportedly gave only one direction to Deepika - to make it as good as Aish's number.

Deepika is the only trained classical dancer from her generation of actresses. However the Garba requires a different discipline.

She is having a tough time learning this form of dance. The constant pressure of being compared with Aishwarya is taking its toll.

Even in the film, Deepika's role is almost similar to Aishwarya's in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.

Deepika admires Rajinikanth's passion for work

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone teamed up with southern superstar Rajinikanth in Tamil movie Kochadaiyaan and says he inspired her a lot with his dedication and passion while shooting for the film, which experiments with performance-capturing technique.

"Working with him in Kochadaiyaan was very inspiring for the kind of energy he brings to the sets even after working for so many years... he has that passion one can easily see in his eyes. After his illness, I saw the same passion," Deepika said.

"We are trying out a new technique in Kochadaiyaan, the performance-capturing technique. So it's a completely new experience for me. While the emotions are what I've conveyed, the technique used is completely new," she added.

Kochadaiyaan is Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya R. Ashwin's directorial debut and the period drama is the superstar's first film after his illness.

The 61-year-old was out of action in 2011 when he developed health problems and was flown to Singapore for treatment.

Kochadaiyaan will also be released in Hindi, Malayalam, Japanese, Telugu and English. Deepika might dub for the Tamil version.

"As for Japanese or Telugu, I don't know these languages. The idea is to make this a big international film coming from India. It isn't only a Tamil language film," she said.
